You let me relieve myself and you don't charge me anything for the service. Frankly, that is what you are here for. I spoil you with care and attentions because you are the spiritual vent of solitude and celibacy, but that doesn't prevent you, with your spiteful way of looking at me, from being insufferable at times, as you are today, for instance!

i am reminded at once of my late cat Simon, and also of a man named Wirb Neug. Some of those reading will understand, though I could likely attempt to put into words the connection between the two. perhaps i should endeavour to at some point.

This wonderful creature has been hanging around the brewery I work at for the past month. I noticed her staring at me from a rock first and slowly lured her in with chicken (and now proper food). She warmed up quickly and has now become a fixture. Despite seeming quite young herself she has two or three kittens that she has lead closer and closer to where she typically hangs out though they are still very skittish and are gone in a second as soon as you approach. She also tends to come and go but when she is around oh what a treasure she is.

The previously mentioned kittens are finally beginning to warm up to people. They still run away when you approach but not as urgently and not as far as before. This little soot-colored one in particular is quite lovely.. Q -- I remember you telling me someone had suggested three was the perfect amount of cats to have, right?

Orange cats always seem to have interesting personalities. I've loved every one I've known, dearly.

hah! me too, and the earlier comics still have something to them.

still, this orange fella's aged much better—among the only reading material from that age i've kept with me.

croatoan, love your images of stray cats and rubbled buildings. the aesthetic is coherent... keep em coming!
